Induction cooker coils winding machine is to do coils winding and shaping by heating automatically. If it works with auto conveyor, The operator replace new wire spool only.

Working process:

(Winding station)Rotary tooling moves back to the origin (upper tooling for its position done by manually)---lift---(wire feeding station)clamp---long cylinder feeding----short cylinder feeding---(winding station) clamp---(wire feeding station) wire pressing down---(winding station) rotates 1 race CW--- (wire feeding station) long cylinder reverse ---(winding station) rotates CW---Tin dipping(heating)---rotary tooling rotates CW 60-70 degree---negative welder (wire cut)--- positive welder --- welder working 8-10 seconds and off electricity --- negative welder (wire cut) reverse ---wire feeding station. One cycle completes.
